What is Sodium Hydroxide, and why do you add it to your soap?
Sodium Hydroxide (better known as Lye) is what turns natural oils in to soap. You simply can not make natural soap without it. Fortunately, all off the “lye” that is added in the production is used up (saponified), turning the oils into rich luxurious soap!
What is your return policy?
If you are unhappy with any of our product for any reason, simply contact us and we will arrange return for a refund or credit.
Are your products all natural?
Most of our products are 100% all natural. We do however have some products that have a limited amount of artificial fragrance oils. The limited amount of fragrance oils we use are phthalate and paraben free. Please see our ingredients page or product description for complete information.
